Anand Verma is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India holds a Law Degree along with Master’s Degree in Commerce.

He has completed his graduation in Commerce from prestigious Banaras Hindu University and has more than 12 years of experience. Presently Mr. Verma runs his own firm “TEAM LEGAL” with its head office in Noida.

Mr. Verma specializes in Corporate Law, FEMA , drafting of contracts, IPR, RERA Matters and provides professional advice with respect to incorporation of companies in India & abroad, numerous secretarial compliances related to the Indian Companies Act, 2013, Winding Up (compulsory & voluntary), and advises on matters related to FDI, ODI, SEBI, Insolvency, FEMA, IPR, M&A, Cross Border Transactions, Private Equity, ECB, corporate litigation, opening & closure of Branch, Liaison & Project office in India, National Company Law Tribunal matters, and is instrumental in obtaining various registrations and approvals for the companies such as RBI, Import Export Code (IEC), Professional Tax registration, registration under Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act etc.

Mr. Verma has expertise in corporate litigation, drafting & vetting of general contracts, corporate & commercial agreements, and is instrumental in obtaining various registrations and approvals for the companies from Reserve Bank of India and several statutory authorities. Mr. Verma has extensive experience of advising on Employer-Employee disputes, management disputes and several business disputes. Mr. Verma also advises on Trademark, Copyright and Patent and is a certified Trademark Agent.

Mr. Anand Verma Firm Team Legal is also a vendor at Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) and is instrumental in managing the IPR courses at FICCI IPR division.

Mr. Verma also worked as Company Secretary in the office of Official Liquidator attached with Delhi High Court, where he had exposure to handle independently Legal and Company Law matters of more than twenty-five companies in liquidation including NBFC’S Companies in Compulsory Liquidation and also handled matters of Voluntary Liquidation along with drafting of various legal documents.

During his tenure as a Company Secretary in the Liquidators office Mr. Verma assisted at least ten committees appointed by Hon’ble High Court of Delhi comprising of retired Hon’ble High Court Judge, District & Session Judge, Additional District Judge, Joint Registrars (Delhi High Court), Senior most Central Government officials, Official Liquidator & Senior Lawyers (Delhi High Court).

Mr. Verma as Company Secretary in Liquidators office represented the Official Liquidator before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, BIFR, DRT, Consumer Forum, Civil Courts & in Arbitration matters and also acted as member of a monitoring Committee constituted by Hon’ble Company Court of Delhi High Court during his tenure at Liquidators office.
